Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange

We allow a one-time exchange for size or style.

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Partial COD

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

• Customers must pay ₹200 online while placing the order
• The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If the order is cancelled before shipping, the ₹200 partial COD amount will be refunded.
